We specialize in creating high quality screen-printed products using eco-friendly water-based inks. Retail & Logistics Associate


Job Description:
The Retail & Logistics Associate is responsible for managing shipping, receiving, and retail
operations, including verifying shipments, packing and shipping customer orders, maintaining
inventory, and assisting with customer pickups and deliveries. Duties also include providing
customer service, handling returns, and supporting marketing events through preparation,
inventory management, and event staffing.

Retail & Fulfillment Duties:
Fulfilling both retail and wholesale customer orders, packing and shipping items,
facilitating returns and refunds.
Organizing, maintaining and managing physical inventory.
Providing customer service to e-commerce customers via phone, email, and in-person
interactions.
Assist with management and execution of company marketing events (conferences, craft
fairs, etc.) including production kit preparation, inventory, and event staffing.
Other duties as assigned.
Shipping & Receiving Duties:
Receiving incoming shipments of all raw materials, apparel, and supplies. Verifying
counts, styles, colors, and sizes by comparing against invoices, packing slips, or other
records. Unpacking and examining these shipments for rejects, damaged items, and
shortages and reporting them to management.
Packing and shipping finished products to customers as needed based on customer
order requirements. Ensuring accurate paperwork, labeling, and on-time delivery, Affixes
shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons.
Facilitating / preparing palletized freight shipments as needed.
Assisting customers with order pick-ups and deliveries as needed.

Ideal candidate would:
Possess strong reading, writing and record keeping skills, including mathematical
calculations.
Be comfortable providing customer service, both in person and online, and working with
a team.
Communicate effectively with customers, shipping carriers, suppliers, and provide quality
control.
Identify process improvements for implementation.
Maintain careful organization of workspaces.

Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Occasional weekend availability for events.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong computer skills are preferred.
Experience with Shipstation, Shopify, and/or Airtable is a plus.

Compensation: Starting at $16-$18/hr dependent upon experience, paid weekly. Three
performance reviews will be conducted in the first year (at 3mo, 6mo & 12mo) with opportunities
for increased compensation during each review.

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time (40hrs/wk)
Hours are from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday
