Friendly Arctic Printing & Design is a fast-paced screen printing and graphic design company located in East Nashville. We specialize in creating high quality screen-printed products using eco-friendly water-based inks. We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and self-motivated individual to join our team.

 

Account Manager

Job Description:

The Sales Account Manager’s primary role is to provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the sales process, offering expert advice on design and apparel options, and delivering accurate product mock-ups to ensure production and delivery of goods which meet or exceed the expectations of clients. Account Managers should strive to build lasting client relationships, stay informed on industry trends, and continuously develop our expertise in the screen printing industry.

Duties include but are not limited to:

● Providing high quality customer service & support to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

● Guiding clients through our sales process from start to finish. Advising on design and apparel options, creating orders, quotes, invoices, obtaining approvals, meeting deadlines, facilitating payments.

● Help build new client relationships by occasionally participating in outside sales activities and company events.

● Keeping up with industry fashion trends and new garment styles in order to stay on top of the ever-changing market.

● Creating mock-ups of products and designs in Photoshop as needed.

● Developing a strong working knowledge of the screen printing process and industry.

Ideal candidate would:

● Be outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic about customer service.

● Be motivated, organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.

● Be a team player who works well with others in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

● Be able to manage multiple projects at a time, with an often-unpredictable workload.

● Be willing to get their hands dirty, sometimes literally.

● Display a strong understanding of, or interest in visual art and design.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Background in sales, marketing, and/or customer service.

● Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google product suites (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, etc)

● Experience using Adobe Photoshop.

● Experience with popular productivity software such as Airtable, QuickBooks, Slack, Dropbox.

● Experience with sales CRM tools such as Hubspot or similar.

● 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field.

Compensation:

● Salaried position $41,600 – $44,000 starting pay dependent upon experience, paid weekly. Two performance reviews will be conducted in the first year (at 6mo & 12mo) with potential for increased compensation for exceptional performance.

● Additional Incentive-based compensation paid once a month for reaching sales goals. Maximum $6,000 total first year.

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time (40hrs/wk)

Hours are from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday
